2026 1st Annual Pumpkin Run was a HUGE success.

 The 1st Annual Spring Hope Pumpkin Run 5K, held August 22, 2026, was an incredible success—and what a way to start a brand-new Spring Hope tradition! Nearly 170 runners and walkers registered for our very first 5K! A little early-morning rain may have kept some folks home, but it certainly didn’t dampen the spirit of the nearly 100 participants who came out to run, walk, laugh, cheer, and cross that finish line. 

One of the best parts of the morning was seeing every generation represented, from seasoned runners to some amazingly young participants who completed the course with huge smiles and an unmistakable sense of accomplishment. Those finish-line moments are something we won’t soon forget!

And the support from our community was just as incredible. Friends, families, and neighbors cheered participants across the finish line, while residents along the course even stepped outside their homes to encourage runners and walkers as they passed. 

That is the kind of community spirit that makes Spring Hope special.
