Become A Vendor

$125.00 Vendor Space - Application Deadline is June 20th 2026

Upon approval, you will be furnished a 12x12 space for $125 each ($75 nonprofit organizations, must provide proof) within the Festival District for Saturday. For an additional $25 you can also sell on Friday during Festival hours.(will need to provide own lighting for Friday if needed).


Space is not guaranteed until application is reviewed and approved. Vendors will receive an email notification of approval and request for payment


If approved, payment will be due between July 5*™ and July 25*, 2026. 


Due to our fiscal year guidelines, payment cannot be sent or dated prior to July 5th, 2026. Please do not send payment with application.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & REGULATIONS

By Submission of the Form Above - You agree to the following terms, Conditions & Regulations

  • Upon approval, you will be furnished a 12x12 space for $125 each ($75 nonprofit organizations, must provide proof) within the Festival District for Saturday. For an additional $25 you can also sell on Friday during Festival hours.(will need to provide own lighting for Friday if needed).
  • Space is not guaranteed until application is reviewed and approved. Applications will be reviewed, potential vendors will receive an email notification of approval/denial. If approved, payment is due between July 5th and July 25th, 2026. Failure to remit payment in this timeframe will result in loss of space. Due to our fiscal year guidelines, payment cannot be sent or dated prior to July 1", 2026. Please do not send payment with application.
  • Retailers are required to stay within their designated space.
  • Set-Up Time: Friday October 2*, 2025 from 10am - 3pm and Saturday 6:30-8:30am. (more info to follow)
  • Required Operating Time: Friday October 2nd 5pm - 9pm(if requested) Saturday October 3rd 9am - 5pm
  • Arriving outside of the Setup Time is a safety issue and vendors will not be permitted into the Festival Area.
  • Departing before the festival end time is not permitted.
  • Upon arrival, please check in with Retail Vendor Coordinator, for space assignment.
  • The Festival Coordinator holds the right to locate any vendor, at their discretion, anywhere within the Festival District. 
  • Set Up Times are the only times where vehicles will be permitted to enter the festival area.
    You may pull a vehicle in to unload at your location and then immediately remove your vehicle, come back and set up your booth. .
  • You will be emailed all specific booth information 2 weeks prior to the event date. If you do not receive this communication, you are responsible for reaching out the the contact listed below to obtain confirmation informatio.
  • The Pumpkin Festival, Nash Arts Council and Town of Spring Hope are not to be held responsible for any loss or injury to the vendor, employees, or property as a result of negligent acts of the lessee under this agreement.
  • Booths will be inspected by a festival coordinator to look for possible safety concerns.
    Tents, canopies, and other large temporary fixtures must be secured and anchored.
  • No vendor is permitted to sell any of the following at any time during the festival or on property: knives, fireworks, firearms, mock firearms, pop rocks, or any form of adult material that is not considered family friendly. The Vendor Coordinator reserves the right on behalf of the festival to ask vendors found selling or displaying these items to remove themselves from the festival immediately.
  • Craft Vendors are also not permitted to sell food or beverages of any sort. Craft vendors are not permitted to give away bottled water or other food or beverage. Pre-packaged items can potentially be approved (salsa, sauces, etc)
  • We ask that vendors conduct themselves in a friendly, appropriate manner for such an event. Aggressive or inappropriate conduct will result in a police escort, only being allowed to return to collect belongings after the festival's end.
